Dennis Walaker
Dennis Walaker was elected Mayor of Fargo on June 13th 2006. Mayor Walaker has been a key leader in the Fargo area for quite a while, even before he was elected to office. He has served this city well throughout the years and its citizens hold a special place in their hearts for him. After the 2009 Flood citizens grew even more fond of him and the attitude he held to save the city no matter what outside sources said could or could not be done. Mayor Walaker is no stranger to the Red River overflowing its banks, just ask him, we sure did. The Mayor was kind enough to grant our NDSU group an interview.
